Paralympic Association of Botswana
Formed in 2000, PASSOBO serves as the country’s National Paralympic Committee and acts as the official governing body for all sports codes catering to athletes with physical, visual, and intellectual disabilities.
Athlete Development
Focuses on identifying, training, and developing para-athletes across Botswana, providing them the opportunity to compete both locally and on the global stage (such as the Paralympic Games and World Para Athletics Championships).
Global Affiliations
Recognized by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) and affiliated with the African Paralympic Committee (AfPC) and the Botswana National Sport Commission (BNSC). Oversees dozens of local affiliates nationwide.
